Totally unprofessional! I bought a group on for my
bikini line. "Doctor" Helena (who is the furthest thing from one) refused to give me numbing cream even though I have asked her for it all
three times I have gone so far. Helena and her assistant are both Russian and they speak it in front of you. I took some Russian in college and know enough that realize that they are talking about me. Helen has been training her assistant to also do
laser hair removal so they take turns doing it- neither one really knows how to do it. She acted disgusted when doing my bikini line and would not touch my body- she told me to move my underwear around. Helena and her assistant are the only ones who answer the phone (when you're able to reach them) and can barely communicate with you. There are many better laser places in the area, do not go to this one! 1283a76
